Founder & Principal

David Kopp is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force, where he flew the F-15E Strike Eagle in combat operations. For the final 14 years of his military career, he served in the Reserves supporting Operation Red Flag at Nellis Air Force Base—the world’s largest and most advanced full-scale combat training exercise. There, he helped prepare U.S. and allied forces (from more than 25 countries) for high-stakes, next-generation threats.

In addition to his distinguished military service, David spent over 11 years in senior operations and engineering leadership roles at GE Aerospace. Most recently, he developed and implemented processes that streamlined planning for the annual Commercial Engineering budget of over $2 billion.
